Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Desktop Support Engineer based in Jaipur. The responsibilities include providing technical support for desktop computers, diagnosing and troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and ensuring the efficient functioning of desktop systems. The professional will assist in printer support, handle hardware setups, and resolve user-reported technical problems promptly. Coordinating with technical teams to implement solutions will also be a key part of this role.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Desktop Computers and Computer Hardware
  • Strong skills in Technical Support and Troubleshooting
  • Experience in Printer Support and resolving related issues
  • Ability to manage and respond to on-site technical challenges effectively
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
  • Relevant certifications in IT, Computer Science, or related fields are an advantage
  • Prior experience in technical support roles is preferred
