🚨 We're Hiring | Desktop Support Engineer – L2 (Resident Engineer) | Mumbai
Are you an experienced IT Support professional with a passion for delivering exceptional end-user support? Join our team as a Desktop Support Engineer – L2 (Resident Engineer) and play a key role in ensuring seamless IT operations for our client.
📍 Location: Mumbai
💼 Experience: 4–5 Years
🎓 Qualification: BE/B.Tech, BSc/BCA/MCA, Diploma in Computer Science/IT or equivalent (Full-time)
Key Responsibilities
- Provide L2 desktop and end-user support for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
- Install, configure, troubleshoot, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals.
- Deploy and manage antivirus software, OS patches, and software updates.
- Diagnose and resolve incidents within defined SLAs and escalate critical issues when required.
- Coordinate with vendors for hardware repairs and replacements.
- Maintain IT asset records and documentation.
- Support user account administration and endpoint management.
- Ensure compliance with IT security standards and best practices.
- Deliver excellent customer support while working closely with client stakeholders.
Skills Required
✔ Strong knowledge of Windows desktop environments
✔ Hardware and software troubleshooting expertise
✔ Network troubleshooting fundamentals
✔ Antivirus and patch management experience
✔ ITSM/Ticketing tool experience
✔ Excellent communication and customer service skills
✔ Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
