🚨 We’re Hiring: Desktop Publishing Operator (DTP)-Prepress

Join our team as a Desktop Publishing Operator and play a key role in turning creative designs into high-quality print products!

What You’ll Do:

Manage file integrity and file prep (prepress) for assigned product from inception through finalization and Business approval on proofs.

Prepare print-ready PDFs from designer mechanicals and InDesign files (pre- & post-production)

Perform preflight checks, manage color, and troubleshoot font/file issues

Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to ensure flawless print production

Archive prepress jobs in the corporate DAM and manage data entry/reporting

Support Manufacturing Directors and join occasional US team meetings

What We’re Looking For:

Intermediate-Advanced Adobe Creative Suite skills: InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat Pro

Preflight & color management expertise; experience with PitStop a plus

Strong understanding of prepress, printing, and paper workflows

Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

Fluent in English (written & verbal) is must.

📍 Location: Remote

🕒 Experience: 1-3 yrs exp
