Hiring: POS Technical Support Executive (2+ Years)- International exp preferred

Experience: 2+ Years
Role:
Provide technical support for POS devices and payment systems. Troubleshoot issues related to card machines, billing systems, and connectivity.
Key Skills:
- POS / Payment Gateway knowledge
- Basic networking (LAN/Wi-Fi)
- L1/L2 support experience
- Good communication skills
Responsibilities:
- Resolve technical issues and transaction failures
- Must have handling exp with international customers .
- Support installation and configuration of POS devices with international customers .
