Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Junior System Administrator Desktop Support Trainee at KNK Ship Management. As a System Administrator Desktop Support, you will be responsible for desktop computer support, technical troubleshooting, desk top support, and system administration. You will handle day-to-day tasks related to ensuring the smooth operation of desktop computers and providing technical assistance to end-users.
Qualifications
- Desktop Computers and Desk Top Support skills
- Technical Support, and Troubleshooting skills
- System Administration
- Experience in managing desktop computer systems
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Good communication skills and ability to work in a team
- Knowledge of networking and security principles
- Certifications in relevant IT fields are a plus
- Support on administration of existing accounting, CRM systems like creation of new users, taking backups of databases, emails etc
