Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Desktop Engineering Specialist based in Hyderabad. The role involves managing and maintaining desktop computing environments, application packaging for deployment, providing technical support, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring the efficient operation of operating systems. The specialist will also collaborate with technical teams to optimize desktop-related services and contribute to implementing new technology solutions.
Qualifications
- Solid understanding of Desktop Computers and associated hardware components.
- Experience with Application Packaging, including creating, testing, and deploying software packages to ensure seamless operations.
- Strong ability in Troubleshooting and providing Technical Support for hardware and software issues in a desktop environment.
- In-depth knowledge of Operating Systems, with expertise in installation, configuration, and maintenance.
- Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently or within a team and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
- Relevant industry certifications, such as ITIL, MCSE, or similar, are a plus.
