RTS Support Resolve Incidents allocated by the Central Service Desk
• Deploy tool(s) for remote management of IT assets (e.g. desktop/laptop)
• Install, Configure and fine-tune desktop/laptop operating system
• Maintain Standard desktop/laptop OS and Application images
• Desktop service maintenance including deployment of releases, upgrades, patches and hot-fixes
• Install Configure, Patch and Troubleshoot application clients installed on desktop/laptop as per approved list
• Support applications installed on desktop/laptop as per approved list
• Manage Patch and Software Distribution
• Support printer, scanner, MFD driver installation and troubleshooting
• Manage Desktop policies
• Support Problem Management
• Co-ordinate with on-site/on-call team, if touch support is required
• Update Knowledge base
