Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and self-motivated Desktop Support Engineer to join our IT team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in managing Outlook and Office 365 environments, handling hardware and basic network troubleshooting, and working confidently with both remote and on-site users. The candidate should be well-versed in ticketing tools, service level agreements (SLAs), incident resolution, and service requests.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support for Outlook, Office 365, Windows desktops
• Hardware and basic network troubleshooting
• Handle Tickets, SLAs, incidents, and service requests
• Perform remote and on-site technical support
• Conduct root cause analysis and resolve escalations
• Manage desktop patching and updates
• Handle domain joins and apply group policies

Requirements:

• 1.6+ years in IT support roles
• Strong knowledge of Office 365, Windows
• Hands on experience with ticketing tools
• Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills
