Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Desktop Engineer located in New Delhi. The Desktop Engineer will be responsible for maintaining and optimizing desktop systems, providing technical support, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and managing software installations. The role will also involve ensuring systems are updated, secure, and functioning efficiently to meet organizational needs.
Qualifications
- Proficiency with desktop computers, including setup, maintenance, and optimization.
- Strong skills in technical support and troubleshooting for hardware and software issues.
- In-depth knowledge of operating systems, including installation and configuration.
- Experience with software installation and management.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, on-site environment.
- A degree or certification in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related fields is preferred.
- Prior work experience in desktop engineering or IT support roles is an advantage.
