✔ 5+ years of experience as a Helpdesk Engineer / IT Support Specialist / Service Desk Engineer
✔ Strong understanding of computer systems, mobile devices, and IT products
✔ Experience troubleshooting Windows OS, Office Suite, email clients, and common applications
✔ Basic understanding of networking concepts and troubleshooting
✔ Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
✔ Excellent communication and customer service skills
✔ Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment
