We are looking for a talented professional to join us in the IT Infrastructure vertical.
Below is the job posting.
>Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, CS, IT or related) or relevant technical field (B.E., B.Tech, B.Sc., B.C.A)
>3 to 5 years in workstation troubleshooting, repair and software support
>Provide daily in-office IT support including Hardware, Software/Application, Operating system (Windows, Mac & Chrome OS) Prnters, Mobile devices (Android and IOS) & Basic Network troubleshooting.
>Provide multi-channel support (phone, email, remote assistance) to end users
>Manage technical support requests using ticketing tools (ServiceNow) within the SLA
>Managing IT systems for employee onboarding and exit offboarding.
>Asset management tool.
>Provide Patching (Vulnerabilities) support for systems at the site to ensure compliance and security.
>Create and maintain comprehensive IT documentation, knowledge base articles, and user guides
>Assist with user account support including enabling, disabling, as well as license assigning and revoking
>Work within Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, SCCM Client, Microsoft Azure/365 applications, IP addressing Monitoring Tools, BitLocker, LogMeIn Remote access, Zscaler, ServiceNow, Lansweeper, Authenticator apps, Cisco AnyConnect, SafeNet and other tools to support end users
>Follow Information Security best practices and assist in implementing Corporate initiatives
>Supporting users across India, APAC region, Europe, UK and Americas as needed
>Expertise knowledge of O365 and related applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint, etc.)
>Any other role‑related responsibilities as assigned by the manager
>Good communication skills
