</div><div>We are a specification-grade LED lighting manufacturer and importer seeking a tech-savvy, detail-oriented part-time team member to support customer service and sales operations. This role focuses on tracking order status, communicating with customers, and assisting with internal reporting.<br><br>
</div><div>The ideal candidate is comfortable working in Excel and business software systems and is confident learning new tools such as our SAGE accounting platform.<br><br>

<strong>Key Responsibilities<br></strong><br>
</div><div>
<strong>Customer Service & Order Management (Primary Focus)<br></strong><br>
</div><ul>
<li>Track order status from entry through shipment and delivery </li>
<li>Serve as a point of contact for customer inquiries regarding order status </li>
<li>Communicate updates, delays, and resolutions to customers </li>
<li>Coordinate with internal teams (production, purchasing, logistics) for accurate order information </li>
<li>Maintain accurate order records across systems </li>

<strong>Sales Support & Reporting (Support Role)<br></strong><br>
</div><ul>
<li>Assist with maintaining and updating sales reports </li>
<li>Support data entry and validation of sales data </li>
<li>Generate routine reports as needed </li>
</ul><div>
<strong>Systems & Tools<br></strong><br>
</div><ul>
<li>Work within Excel and SAGE </li>
<li>Learn and adapt to new software and internal tools </li>
<li>Help ensure data accuracy across systems </li>
</ul><div>
<strong>Qualifications<br></strong><br>
</div><ul>
<li>1–3 years of experience in customer service, sales support, or order coordination </li>
<li>Strong comfort with computers and business software </li>
<li>Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (sorting, filtering, basic formulas; pivot tables a plus) </li>
<li>Ability to learn new systems quickly </li>
<li>Strong organizational skills and attention to detail </li>
<li>Clear, professional communication skills </li>
<li>Experience with ERP/accounting systems (SAGE a plus) </li>
<li>Experience in manufacturing, lighting, or construction-related industries is a plus </li>
