Role Description
We are seeking a Designer with expertise in Framer for a contract role based on-site in Bengaluru. In this role, you will conceptualize, design, and implement engaging and user-friendly interfaces for web and mobile applications. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project needs, create wireframes and prototypes, and ensure visually appealing and functional designs. You will also leverage your experience in design thinking and user experience to create solutions that solve user problems effectively and align with business objectives.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated expertise in Design Thinking and User Experience (UX) to empathize with users and create innovative solutions.
- Strong proficiency in Visual Design and Interaction Design to create aesthetically pleasing and intuitive user interfaces.
- Knowledge in Instructional Design principles to effectively communicate design rationale and functionality.
- Proficiency in working with design tools, especially Framer, for crafting dynamic prototypes and responsive designs.
- Strong collaborative and communication skills to work with multidisciplinary teams.
- Experience in managing design projects end-to-end, from ideation to execution, is a plus.
- Portfolio showcasing relevant design work is required.
