Role Overview
We’re looking for a versatile Designer who can work across both Product (UI/UX) and Marketing (Video/Motion).
You’ll:
- Design user experiences for web/mobile products
- Create high-quality video content for social and campaigns
- Leverage AI tools to push creative boundaries
This role is perfect for someone who is equally comfortable in Figma and video editing tools.
Key ResponsibilitiesUI/UX Design (Product)
- Design intuitive interfaces for web & mobile
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs
- Conduct user research & usability testing
- Maintain and evolve the design system
- Translate product requirements into polished designs
AI Video & Motion (Marketing)
- Create short-form & long-form content (Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, X)
- Use AI tools like Runway, Pika, Synthesia
- Edit videos with motion graphics, transitions, sound
- Collaborate on marketing campaigns
- Stay updated with trends in AI and content
Requirements
- 1+ year experience in UI/UX and/or video design
- Strong portfolio (UI/UX + motion/video work)
- Tools: Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch
- Video: Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut, or DaVinci
- Experience with AI video tools (Runway, Pika, HeyGen, etc.)
- Strong design fundamentals & storytelling skills
- Ability to handle multiple projects
Nice to Have
- Motion design (Lottie, Rive, After Effects)
- Basic frontend (HTML/CSS)
- Social media content experience
- Prompt engineering for AI tools
- Branding/graphic design background
