🎯 Role Overview
SpazioLiv is looking for a Commercial Sales Designer who can handle B2B interior projects—combining design expertise with strong sales and client management skills.
This role focuses on office spaces, retail outlets, and commercial interiors, driving projects from concept to closure.
🔑 Key Responsibilities
🎨 Design & Client Consultation
Understand client requirements for office, retail & commercial spaces
Develop space planning, layouts & concept designs
Present design ideas, material suggestions & commercial proposals
Prepare BOQs and project estimates
💰 Sales & Business Development
Generate and manage commercial leads (B2B clients)
Drive end-to-end sales closures (₹10L–₹1Cr+ projects)
Build relationships with corporates, brands, and business owners
Maintain pipeline and CRM discipline
🤝 Client Handling & Negotiation
Conduct presentations, negotiations & deal closures
Handle client expectations and align design with budgets
Ensure smooth pre-sales to post-sales transition
🔄 Execution Coordination
Work closely with Design, Operations & Procurement teams
Ensure design feasibility and execution alignment
Support project handover and client satisfaction
🎯 Requirements
3–8 years experience in commercial interior design + sales
Strong knowledge of office, retail & workspace interiors
Proficiency in AutoCAD / SketchUp / 3Ds Max
Strong communication, presentation & negotiation skills
Experience handling B2B clients and large-ticket deals
