Hiring a Designer Intern: The 2026 EU-India Corridor
Architecture meets Execution.
GWM (Global Wealth Management®) is expanding its design vertical and seeking a high-precision intern to join our creative team. This role sits at the intersection of European industrial standards and Indian technical delivery.
Role: Designer Intern (Final Year / Recent Graduate)
Duration: 1 year (plus continuation)
Location: New Delhi (Regal Building, CP) / Remote
What you’ll do:
1) Collaborate directly with the Office of the CEO, and with Lead Designer on live mandates for European industrial clients.
2) Support the Technical Delivery team (CAD/Engineering) in bridging the gap between concept and build-certified output.
3) Architect a portfolio within a Principal-fiduciary framework that carries real-world weight.
What we’re looking for:
- Digital Mastery: Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
- Engineering Foundation: Working knowledge of AutoCAD, SketchUp or CATIA is essential for our technical CoEs.
- Status: Final-year students or recent graduates with a "process-first" mindset.
- Evidence: Aportfolio demonstrating structural thinking and precision is a significant advantage.
