Interior Designer – Roles & Responsibilities
We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Interior Designer who can independently manage end-to-end client interactions and design execution from concept to closure.
Key Responsibilities:
• Client Interaction & Requirement Understanding
Act as the primary point of contact for clients. Understand their lifestyle, preferences, functional needs, and design expectations to translate them into practical design solutions.
• Site Visit & Measurement
Attend site visits in person during the measurement stage. Take accurate site measurements and develop detailed survey drawings to ensure design feasibility and precision.
• Design Development (2D & 3D)
Create comprehensive 2D layouts and high-quality 3D visualizations that effectively communicate design concepts to clients. Ensure designs are both aesthetically appealing and technically sound.
• Client Presentation & Visualization
Present design ideas clearly with proper visualization, helping clients understand spatial planning, materials, finishes, and overall look and feel of the project.
• Material Selection
Work closely with clients to finalize materials, finishes, color palettes, and fixtures. Guide them through practical and budget-friendly options while maintaining design intent.
• Design Validation & Site Marking
Conduct site marking sessions to validate the design on-site. Reconfirm measurements, layouts, and design details before execution to avoid discrepancies.
• Final Documentation & Client Sign-off
Prepare and submit complete design documentation including drawings, specifications, and material details. Ensure all designs are approved and signed off by the client before moving to execution.

• Excellent communication and client-handling skills
• Ability to manage projects independently
• Practical knowledge of materials and on-site execution
