Role Description
Generate and maintain hardware design, testing, and quality control documentation.
Participate in design reviews, risk assessments, and product validation activities to ensure compliance with regulations.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, development and customer support, to provide feedback and input on product design, performance optimisation, and manufacturability.
Designing and building hardware
Recommending new hardware designs
Performing tests of new hardware and software
Troubleshooting and debugging performance issues
Supporting the hardware engineering team
Providing technical support for hardware issues
Following industry-standard processes and procedures
Collaborating with other engineers
Bachelor s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electrical & Electronic Engineering, or a related field.
3+ years of demonstrable experience as a hardware engineer.
Strong knowledge of hardware design principles, testing tools, equipment, and techniques
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with an eye for detail and precision.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Familiarity with a wide range of hardware devices

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Tools to be familiar with Mathcad for calculations, LT Spice for Simulations, Altium for schematics, PSPICE for Simulation, VISIO for block diagram, knowledge of using Tetronix Oscilloscope.
Experience in circuit calculations (Ex: Mathcad)
Experience in using the laboratory measurement equipment s (CRO/ Multimeter/ Load boxes/Signal generators etc)
Knowledge of analog circuit design for power supply, ADC monitoring, MOSFET, etc
Experience with CAD packages (Altium/ORCAD/Mentor Graphics/Zuken) for schematic capture .
Knowledge of components selections/design, BOM preparation, thermal calculations, and spice simulations.
Experience in EMI/EMC compliant design.
Experience in preparing layout guidelines and review.
Experience in preparing documents like, test plan, test report etc.
Experience in board bring-up, testing and troubleshooting the electronic circuits.
Experience in system level testing and validation of electronic products.
Knowhow On Product Development Lifecycle
Experience in ordering sample / component process, procurement process etc.
