Designer I – Headwear, Apparel & Graphics

We are seeking a narrative-driven designer—someone who breathes street culture, keeps a pulse on the digital zeitgeist, and cares deeply about the "why" behind a Product. You will take concepts from the spark of an idea, build a compelling cultural story around them, and sweat the technical details to make sure the final product matches the vision. This role requires the understanding that an exceptional product is simply a collection of perfectly executed decisions
The Core:
- Intentional Narrative: Constructing cohesive design languages for each collection, ensuring every graphic, color palette, and textile choice serves a definitive narrative purpose
- Execution: Planning product development at an atomic level. You will obsess over the structural nuances of headwear/Apparel silhouettes, the precise tension of 3D tonal embroideries, premium fabric weights, and bespoke branding
- Tech Packing: Translating conceptual vision into impeccable, production-ready technical packages. Absolute precision in vector geometry, typography layout, and technical specs is non-negotiable
- The Mindset: A passionate student of global and local street culture, subcultures, and internet culture. You understand the nuances that differentiate generic fast fashion from authentic, community-driven streetwear
- Cultural & Social Pulse: Actively bring insights from street culture, fashion, art, and social media trends into the design room. You understand how product design translates & resonates to digital spaces
Qualification:
- Streetwear / Fashion: Strong foundation in streetwear, art, and trends
- Technical & Textiles: Deep knowledge of fabric behaviour, garment construction, and headwear/apparel design
- Fittings & Production: Experience in managing trims, reviewing samples, and providing technical feedback
- Digital Tools: Proficient in Adobe Illustrator/Photoshop for sketching, prints, and creating tech packs, Expericne in 3D softwares +
- Portfolio to be submitted
