What you’ll be doing:
• Lead footwear design from concept to final product
• Research trends, materials, colours, and consumer preferences
• Develop innovative and commercially relevant footwear collections
• Collaborate closely with merchandising, sourcing, and production teams
• Drive design briefs, sampling, and product development
• Ensure the collection reflects the brand’s aesthetic and quality standards
What we’re looking for:
• Strong experience in footwear design and product development
• Excellent understanding of footwear construction, materials, and trends
• Strong creative and conceptual thinking with a commercial mindset
• Ability to manage multiple projects and work cross-functionally
• A strong eye for detail and a passion for fashion
