The company serves OEMs and Tier 1 customers across automotive, agriculture, industrial, and engineering-led sectors.

SAN Automotive Industries is launching a new venture: Purpose-built, bespoke 3-wheelers for industrial material movement. We have the manufacturing muscle; now we need the creative engine.

We are looking for a Lead Automotive Design Engineer who is tired of being a cog in a giant corporate machine and wants to build a vehicle from the ground up.

The Mission:

Design rugged, modular, and cost-effective 3-wheelers for factory floors and warehouses. You aren't just drafting; you are spearheading a new startup wing within an established powerhouse.

What You’ll Build:

 

End-to-End Design: Spearhead the conceptualization and 3D modeling of customized commercial three-wheelers tailored for industrial material movement.

Drafting & Prototyping: Translate wild (but practical) ideas into precise 3D drafts, technical drawings, and manufacturing-ready CAD models.

Modular Customization: Design modular platforms where clients can easily customize chassis beds, loading mechanisms, and aesthetic panels (company colors, logos).

Cost-Optimization: Leverage SAN Automotive’s existing manufacturing infrastructure to design parts that are highly functional, easily scalable, and remarkably cost-effective compared to standard road-legal vehicles.

Market Pulse: Keep a constant eye on global automotive trends, EV integrations, and material sciences to ensure our designs are always a step ahead of the competition.

Cross-Functional Hustle: Work closely with our legacy manufacturing teams, welders, and fabricators to turn your 3D models into physical prototypes on the shop floor.

Are you the one?

• Experience: 3–6 years in vehicle packaging or structural development.
• Tech Chops: Expert in SolidWorks, CATIA, or NX.
• DNA: You have a "Startup Mentality"—you want ownership and you aren't afraid of the shop floor.
• Vision: You balance engineering durability with clean, modern branding.
