Role Description
This is a full-time on-site Designer role located in Noida. As a Designer, you will be involved in conceptualizing, designing, and executing creative apparel collections that align with the brand’s vision. Your responsibilities will include trend research, material selection, sketching, collaborating with production teams, and ensuring the quality and market relevance of final designs. You will play a key role in translating ideas into fashion-forward garments that resonate with our audience.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in sketching, garment design, and creating fashion illustrations
- Knowledge of fabric selection, color theory, and textile printing techniques
- Strong skills in design software such as Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop
- Ability to research trends and develop innovative, market-relevant design concepts
- Attention to detail, quality control, and commitment to delivering high standards
- Effective communication and collaboration skills to work within cross-functional teams
- A degree in Fashion Design or a related field
- Experience working in Indian wear or related segments is a plus
- An understanding of sustainable and ethical fashion practices is desirable
