We’re Hiring: Rugs & Carpet Designer at RUGGED
RUGGED is looking for a skilled, detail-oriented Rugs & Carpet Designer to join our team. If you have a strong background in textile design, a stable career track, and a passion for bringing hospitality and residential spaces to life, we want to hear from you.
In this role, you will design high-end custom rugs and carpets, translate complex design concepts into production-ready files, and help drive our creative projects forward.
What You’ll Do- Design for Premium Spaces: Create custom rug and carpet designs tailored for both high-end residential and large-scale hospitality projects.
- Master Texture Grading: Translate designs into detailed production maps with accurate texture grading, pile heights, and material specifications.
- Collaborate: Work closely with project managers and manufacturing teams to ensure design intent aligns with the finished product.
What We’re Looking For- Software Expertise: Mastery of NedGraphics, Galaincha, and Photoshop is essential.
- Industry Experience: A proven portfolio showing your work on residential and hospitality carpet projects.
- Technical Skill: Deep understanding of texture grading and textile manufacturing processes.
- Stable Career Growth: A consistent professional history that demonstrates longevity and commitment in your previous roles.
