Designer

We are seeking a Designer who can execute clients’ visions for their modular kitchens, wardrobes, doors, furniture, and other interior furnishings, managing processes from creating design concepts to spearheading installation.
About the Role
The role involves strong design, communication, and project management requirements, including understanding the client’s vision for their kitchen, offering solutions to limitations, drawing detailed plans, drafting project estimates, liaising with architects, and enabling final outcomes. As an end-to-end partner, you’ll be directly responsible for sustaining client satisfaction and ensuring their dream kitchens are realised.
Key Responsibilities
- Designing kitchens, wardrobes, and furniture layouts across residential and commercial projects.
- Interacting directly with clients to discuss briefs, preferences, and constraints.
- Creating detailed plans that are either hand-drawn or designed with software, aligned with customer intent and feasibility.
- Preparing project estimates and assisting with strategic pricing decisions, besides developing sales & design solutions for clients.
- Comprehensively planning the functional aspects and visual look of kitchen spaces, from colour, lighting, cabinets, and appliances, tailored to client needs.
- Overseeing appliance and material selection, ordering them, and site coordination.
- Coordinating closely with architects while overseeing the overall kitchen installation.
What You Should Bring
- Strong understanding of space planning, lighting, materials, and finishes.
- Ability to read and understand blueprints and building codes, and stay up to date on the latest kitchen design trends.
- Ability to balance design sensibility with practical execution and timelines.
- Experience contributing to both design and sales-driven solutions.
- A structured, detail-oriented approach to project management.
