DEERPATCH is a fast-growing fashion retail brand offering trendy, high-quality, and affordable apparel for Men, Women, and Kids. We are expanding our product portfolio and are looking for an experienced Fashion Designer to create commercially successful collections that align with the latest market trends.
Job Summary
We are looking for a creative and experienced Fashion Designer with expertise in designing complete apparel collections across Men's and Women's Wear. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in product development from concept to production and a strong understanding of fashion trends, fabrics, garment construction, and fit.
Key Responsibilities
- Design seasonal and year-round collections for:
- Men's Denim
- Men's Shirts
- Men's T-Shirts
- Men's Bottom Wear
- Women's Casual Wear
- Women's Dresses
- Women's Ethnic Wear
- Women's Denim
- Research global and domestic fashion trends, colors, fabrics, silhouettes, and consumer preferences.
- Develop mood boards, concept boards, and seasonal themes.
- Create sketches, CADs, tech packs, measurement specifications, and artwork.
- Coordinate with merchandising, sourcing, pattern makers, and production teams to develop samples and final products.
- Select fabrics, trims, prints, embroidery, washes, and accessories suitable for each collection.
- Review samples, conduct fit sessions, and implement corrections before production.
- Ensure collections meet DEERPATCH's quality, pricing, and brand positioning requirements.
- Visit markets, exhibitions, and vendors to stay updated on emerging trends and innovations.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Fashion Design from a recognized institute.
- 3–8 years of experience in fashion design for apparel brands or garment manufacturers.
- Strong experience in Men's Wear and Women's Wear product development.
- Excellent knowledge of garment construction, pattern development, fabrics, and fit.
- Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, CorelDRAW, and Microsoft Office.
- Ability to manage multiple collections and meet deadlines.
- Strong creativity, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Experience
Experience working with fashion retail brands, private labels, or manufacturers specializing in casual wear, denim, or ethnic wear will be an added advantage.
