Role Description
The Junior Designer role is a full-time on-site position based in Mumbai. As a Junior Designer, you will be responsible for creating visual designs, illustrations, and layouts across various digital and print mediums. Day-to-day tasks include collaborating with design and marketing teams to ensure that content aligns with brand guidelines and project objectives. You will support the design team in brainstorming creative ideas, developing high-quality graphics, and refining the user experience for QubeHealth-Pay’s digital platforms.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and related graphic design software
- Skills in creating visual content for digital platforms, including social media, websites, and mobile applications
- Ability to create engaging layouts, illustrations, and consistent branding materials
- Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills to work in a team-oriented environment
- Knowledge of basic user experience (UX) design principles is a plus
- A portfolio showcasing innovative design work
- Degree or certification in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field preferred
- Passion for staying updated with design trends and technologies
