🚀 We're Hiring | Designer – Marketing & Creative
📍 Location: Bhubaneswar, Odisha
🏢 Work Mode: Full-Time | Work From Office
💼 Experience: 2–4 Years
What You'll Do
- Design engaging creatives for LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube and other digital platforms.
- Create product brochures, flyers, datasheets, company profiles and marketing collateral.
- Design investor pitch decks, presentations and government-facing documents.
- Develop exhibition stalls, banners, standees and event branding materials.
- Maintain brand consistency across digital, print and internal communications.
- Create technically accurate 3D models and photorealistic product renders for drone and aerospace products.
What We're Looking For
- 2–4 years of experience in graphic design, marketing design or creative design.
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign and Canva.
- Hands-on experience in 3D hard-surface modelling and product visualisation.
- Working knowledge of Blender Cycles, PBR materials, UV mapping and texturing.
- Familiarity with KeyShot, VRED and Autodesk Maya.
- Good presentation design skills and an understanding of print production.
- A strong portfolio demonstrating both marketing creatives and 3D product visualisation.
Experience in defence, aerospace, engineering or B2B brands will be an added advantage.
