Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Designer role located in Peddemul. The Designer will be responsible for conceptualizing, sketching, and creating innovative designs for a variety of garments, including knitted, woven, and custom wear. Responsibilities include collaborating with the production team, selecting fabrics, ensuring the designs align with company standards, and meeting market trends and client expectations. The Designer will also oversee the creation of prototypes, provide input on fabric choices, and ensure timely delivery of finalized designs.

Qualifications

• Expertise in garment design, including conceptualizing and sketching designs
• Knowledge of fabric properties, selection, and sourcing
• Familiarity with modern design tools and software, and experience working with advanced machinery
• Strong understanding of fashion trends for men’s, women’s, and children’s wear
• Collaboration and communication skills to work effectively with production and cross-functional teams
• Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design or a related field is preferred
• Prior experience in the garment or textile industry is highly desirable
