Role Description
We are seeking a talented Designer for a full-time, on-site position based in Delhi, India. This role involves creating visually compelling designs for various mediums, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and adhering to brand guidelines to ensure cohesive visual storytelling. Responsibilities include creating, iterating, and refining graphic, digital, and print materials to support organizational goals, as well as staying updated with design trends and tools to deliver innovative solutions.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Graphic Design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
- Experience in Digital Design, including creating assets for web, social media, and mobile platforms
- Skills in Typography, Layout Design, and Visual Composition
- Knowledge of Branding and Brand Storytelling
- Experience in Print Design and familiarity with print production processes
- Strong creativity, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and meet project deadlines
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- Experience working in the tech or fintech industry would be an advantage
