Role Description

This is an on-site Designer role based in Agra. The Designer will be responsible for conceptualizing, creating, and executing innovative jewelry designs that align with Laxora's brand values. Day-to-day tasks include researching design trends, preparing design sketches, collaborating with manufacturers to ensure precision in craftsmanship, and refining designs based on customer feedback. The Designer will also work closely with other team members to deliver exceptional services and ensure the creation of exclusive, high-quality designs.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Jewelry Design, including the ability to create detailed sketches and CAD illustrations
• Strong understanding of current design trends, materials, and craftsmanship techniques in jewelry
• Ability to collaborate effectively with manufacturers and team members to ensure design execution
• Attention to detail and a creative mindset for developing unique, high-quality designs
• Proficient in design software (e.g., Rhino, Matrix, Adobe Illustrator) is a plus
• Knowledge of gemstones, metals, and quality standards in jewelry production
• Bachelor’s degree in Jewelry Design, Fine Arts, or a related field preferred
• Previous experience in jewelry design or the fashion industry is an advantage
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact with clients and team members
