Role DescriptionJob Summary
We are looking for a creative and trend-driven Bags & Accessories Designer to conceptualize, design, and develop innovative products aligned with the brand identity and market trends. The candidate should possess strong design aesthetics, material knowledge, and the ability to transform ideas into commercially successful collections.

Required Skills
- Strong creative and visual design skills
- Excellent knowledge of bags and accessories construction
- Understanding of fabrics, leather, trims, and hardware
- Proficiency in:
- Adobe Illustrator
- Photoshop
- CorelDRAW (optional)
- CAD tools
- Good understanding of product development lifecycle
- Attention to detail and color sense
- Ability to work in a fast-paced fashion environment
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree/Diploma in:
- Fashion Design
- Accessory Design
- Leather Design
- Product Design
Preferred institutes may include:
- National Institute of Fashion Technology
- National Institute of Design
- or equivalent design institutes.
Experience
- 1-2 yrs of experience
- Bags design
- Leather goods
- Fashion accessories
- Lifestyle brands
Experience in retail/fashion brands preferred.
