Healthcare Architect – Mumbai Opening

We are seeking an experienced Architect to join our team in Mumbai, specializing in healthcare and institutional projects. This role offers the opportunity to lead technical and design development across large‑scale, complex assignments while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the technical development and coordination of healthcare projects from concept through construction administration.
- Collaborate with Principals, Project Managers, and consultants to ensure successful project delivery.
- Prepare, organize, and review architectural drawings, BIM models, specifications, and construction documentation.
- Direct and coordinate multidisciplinary consultant teams (structural, MEP, landscape, specialty consultants).
- Ensure compliance with building codes, life safety, accessibility standards, and local regulations.
- Participate in client meetings, presentations, workshops, and design reviews.
- Guide project teams in resolving complex design and technical challenges.
- Lead construction administration activities including site visits, submittals, RFIs, shop drawings, and contractor coordination.
- Mentor junior architects and design staff, ensuring quality and timely delivery.
- Support office standards, BIM workflows, and best practices.
Qualifications
- 10–15 years of professional experience in architectural practice, with exposure to large‑scale healthcare or institutional projects.
- Proven experience leading project teams through multiple phases of design and construction.
- Advanced knowledge of Revit and BIM‑based project delivery.
- Strong understanding of building systems, construction methodologies, detailing, and multidisciplinary coordination.
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (B.Arch) required; Master’s degree (M.Arch) preferred.
- Architecture license mandatory.
- LEED, EDAC, WELL or other sustainability accreditation is a plus.
- Extensive experience in construction administration, site coordination, and consultant management.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Revit, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite/Affinity Suite, Bluebeam, Enscape, Lumion, MS Office tools.
- Must be based in Mumbai.
