Role Description
This is a full-time on-site Designer role located in Moradabad. The Designer will be responsible for conceptualizing and creating innovative designs for home décor and tabletop accessories that align with market trends and customer needs. Other responsibilities include collaborating with cross-functional teams, ensuring design feasibility for manufacturing, and maintaining quality standards. The role also involves researching emerging trends and materials to inspire new product ideas.
Qualifications
- Strong proficiency in creative design, product designing, and 3D conceptualization.
- Skill in software such as AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), and other design tools.
- Experience in trend analysis, material exploration, and prototyping in home décor and accessories design.
- Excellent collaborative and communication skills for working with cross-functional teams.
- Degree in Industrial Design, Product Design, or a related field.
- Familiarity with manufacturing processes and material properties is a plus.
- Detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
