Responsibilities:
- Create visually engaging graphics for various digital and print media, including but not limited to social media posts, website graphics, marketing collateral, presentations, and advertisements.
- Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to conceptualise and execute design projects that align with brand guidelines and objectives.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate ideas and concepts for new projects.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining high-quality standards.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve design skills and techniques.
- Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met and expectations are exceeded.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or a related field.
- 1+ years of professional experience in graphic design.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, CorelDraw, InDesign, etc.).
- Strong understanding of typography, colour theory, and layout principles.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
- Experience with motion graphics and video editing is a plus.
- Knowledge of web design principles and HTML/CSS is a plus.
