Role Description
We are seeking a talented Designer to join our team in an on-site, full-time capacity at our Gurugram office. The Designer will be responsible for creating high-quality visual designs, including digital assets, branding materials, and marketing collateral. Daily tasks include brainstorming creative concepts, working collaboratively with cross-functional teams, and ensuring designs align with client goals and brand guidelines. The role also entails staying updated on industry trends and bringing innovative ideas to the table to enhance our design output.
Qualifications
- Graphic Design skills, including proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Experience with UI/UX Design, wireframing, and prototyping tools like Figma or Sketch
- Creativity and Conceptual Design abilities to generate engaging and unique design ideas
- Attention to Detail and Strong Aesthetic Sense to ensure high-quality output
- Collaborative team player with excellent Communication and Presentation skills
- Ability to manage workflows, meet deadlines, and adapt to client feedback
- Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field
- Knowledge of motion graphics or animation software is a plus
