Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Designer/Architect specializing in Corporate Interiors, based in Chennai. The role involves conceptualizing and developing innovative designs for corporate interior projects, space planning, preparing detailed construction and architectural drawings, and selecting FF&E (Furniture, Fixtures & Equipment). Additionally, the Designer/Architect will collaborate closely with clients, consultants, and project teams to ensure the successful execution of designs.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Space Planning and Interiors
- Proficiency in creating detailed Construction Drawings and architectural documentation
- Experience in Interior Design and custom solutions for corporate spaces
- Knowledge and expertise in FF&E (Furniture, Fixtures & Equipment) selection and specification
- Proficient in design software tools such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, or similar
- Strong understanding of sustainable design principles and materials
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills to work effectively with clients and multidisciplinary teams
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field
