Your role:
* Grow the business - promote us on platforms
* Manage designers, timelines & performance
* Keep the studio organised -daily operations
* Handle clients & payment follow-ups
* Support admin + HR tasks
You should have:
2-4 years of experience in business development / operations / studio management
+ Strong communication & people skills
+ Organised, proactive, and able to multitask
+ Experience in design/creative industry is a plus
Post: Designer
Your role:
* Work on exciting residential & commercial projects
* Collaborate with our team from concept to execution
* Bring creative ideas while keeping timelines in check
You should have:
+ 3+ years of experience in interior design
+ Strong skills in AutoCAD & SketchUp (knowledge of 3D renders is a plus)
+ A keen eye for detail & love for great design
Team spirit + willingness to learn & grow
