🚀 Hiring: Design Verification Lead / Manager (6-15 Yrs Exp)🚀
We are looking for experienced professionals to lead and drive end-to-end verification of complex SoC/IP designs for next-generation semiconductor products.
If you have a passion for building high-quality silicon through robust verification strategies, this role is for you!
🔧 Role Overview
- Lead verification efforts for complex SoC / IP designs
- Define and implement verification strategies, plans, and methodologies
- Drive UVM-based testbench development and execution
- Collaborate with design, architecture, and validation teams
- Mentor and guide junior engineers
💻 Key Skills & Expertise
- Strong experience in SystemVerilog & UVM methodology
- Expertise in testbench architecture and verification planning
- Solid debugging skills and experience in coverage-driven verification
- Good understanding of SoC architectures and protocols (AXI/AHB/APB)
- Experience with assertions, formal verification (a plus)
🎯 Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in Design Verification
- Proven experience in leading teams or owning verification deliverables
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
