Role Description This full-time, on-site Design Verification Engineer role is based in Kolhapur and focuses on ensuring the functional correctness and reliability of complex digital designs. The engineer will develop and maintain verification plans, create testbenches, write and execute test cases, and perform both functional and formal verification of RTL modules. Daily responsibilities include analyzing specifications, collaborating with design and architecture teams, identifying and reproducing issues, and driving root-cause analysis and debug. The role also involves documenting verification results, contributing to coverage closure, improving verification methodologies, and supporting tape-out readiness and post-silicon validation activities as needed.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Functional Verification and Debugging, including testbench development, simulation-based verification, and systematic issue resolution.
- Proficiency in RTL Design and Computer Architecture, with the ability to understand micro-architectural specifications and translate them into effective verification strategies.
- Experience with Formal Verification techniques and tools, applying formal methods to complement simulation and improve design confidence.
- Hands-on experience with industry-standard HDL/verification languages and tools (e.g., Verilog/SystemVerilog, UVM, simulation and formal tools).
- Solid understanding of digital logic design concepts, timing, and hardware development flows.
- Ability to read and interpret technical specifications, write clear documentation, and communicate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and willingness to work on-site in Kolhapur in a collaborative engineering environment.
