Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Design Teacher role based in Chennai. The Design Teacher will be responsible for creating and delivering engaging graphic and product design lessons, planning and developing curriculum, and tailoring classes to meet the individual needs and learning styles of students. The role includes mentoring students, fostering creativity, and keeping up with the latest design tools and techniques to ensure students are industry-ready.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Lesson Planning and Teaching, with the ability to adapt methods for diverse learner needs.
- Strong expertise in Graphic Design and Product Design with relevant knowledge of industry-standard tools and software.
- Experience in Curriculum Development for design-focused education programs.
- Passion for mentoring, excellent communication skills, and ability to inspire creativity in students.
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Education, or related disciplines; a master’s degree or certifications in design fields is a plus.
- Prior experience in teaching design or related disciplines is highly desirable.
