Job Title: Design Specialist – Web UI & Motion
Location: Fully Remote (Preferred time zone: India)
Reporting To: Head of Marketing
About the Role
The Neurored Group is a fast-growing technology company operating in the transportation logistics and supply chain space. With around 200 team members globally and ambitious plans to scale rapidly over the next few years, we move fast and expect our brand and digital experience to reflect that energy.
We’re looking for a Design Specialist – Web UI & Motion who can elevate how our brand shows up across web, ads, and digital experiences through clean UI design, motion, and conversion-focused thinking.
You’ll work closely with the Head of Marketing and collaborate with our Design Specialist – Brand & Content to bring ideas to life. While the Brand & Content role focuses on static assets and visual consistency, this role owns interactive design, motion, and performance-driven creative.
This is a high-impact role for someone who sees design as a tool to drive engagement, clarity, and conversions, not just aesthetics.
Responsibilities (In order of priority)
Web UI & Interactive Design
- Design clean, minimalistic, and responsive web pages in Figma that support storytelling and drive conversions.
- Create landing pages, UI systems, and structured layouts optimized for clarity, hierarchy, and user flow.
- Translate marketing narratives into intuitive, high-performing web experiences.
Motion Design
- Create lightweight, web-optimized animations (Lottie or similar) to enhance product and marketing experiences.
- Introduce motion into UI and web experiences to improve engagement without impacting performance.
Display Ad Design
- Design high-performing display ads using Google Web Designer.
- Balance visual impact with file size and platform constraints.
- Iterate creatives based on campaign performance and feedback.
Collaboration & Systems Thinking
- Work closely with the Design Specialist – Brand & Content to ensure consistency across static and interactive assets.
- Contribute ideas to improve storytelling across web, ads, and campaigns.
- Help build reusable components and scalable design systems.
Video Animation & Editing
- Create short-form marketing videos, product explainers, and animated content.
- Edit and optimize video content for different platforms (LinkedIn, website, ads).
Requirements
- Strong portfolio demonstrating:
- Web UI/landing pages (Figma)
- Motion/animation work (Lottie, After Effects, or similar)
- Display ads or performance creatives
- Proficiency in Figma is required.
- A strong understanding of responsive and conversion-focused design with web performance considerations.
- High attention to detail in layout, hierarchy, and visual storytelling.
- Ability to work independently in a remote, async-first environment.
- Comfortable collaborating in English with an international team.
- The ideal candidate will have demonstrable interest in:
- Video editing tools (Premiere Pro or equivalent) and
- Visual effects tools such as After Effects (or similar).
Experience
- Exceptional candidates with strong work will be considered regardless of experience. We ideally want someone with 3+ years of relevant experience, however, we care more about portfolio quality and demonstrated skill than years of experience.
Nice to Have
- Experience with Webflow.
- Basic understanding of front-end constraints (HTML/CSS).
- Exposure to performance marketing or A/B testing.
