Job Purpose
- Candidate must possess a deep understanding of Cloud based system architecture combined with excellent Interpersonal skills.
- Create detailed technical documentation and architectural blueprints.
- Lead the design and development of Asset-based solutions and proofs of concept (POCs) to showcase product capabilities.
- Collaborating with sales and marketing teams to develop and refine software solutions and service offerings
- Engaging with partners and vendors to explore complementary technologies, tools, and frameworks that can enhance the organizations’ BaaS offerings
- Develop proof-of-concept projects to illustrate the technical viability and advantages of proposed solutions.
- Address client queries and concerns promptly, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and retention
- Spearhead and oversee the seamless execution of strategic initiatives related Asset Product related Digital Journey
- End-to-end project management, from inception to delivery, with a focus on optimizing processes and fostering collaboration among stakeholders
- To be a techno functional leader and give expertise for designing a thoughtful solution creating financial value and brand value for the Bank.
- Work in a strong team of technical and functional experts partnering with Business / Product teams as well as end customers to define solutions for existing business scenarios as well as roadmaps and priorities for future.
- Work on post go-live scenarios to ensure customer stickiness. Strong focus on shorter delivery cycles.
- Bring industry best practices and hands-on expertise to design and implement scalable solutions as well as monitoring of solution.
Job Responsibilities (JR)
Actionable
Solution Design
Develop and oversee comprehensive project plans for ensuring timely and high-quality delivery
Customize and extend features to meet specific business needs.
Design and implement scalable and maintainable Asset based Product solutions.
Provide support for integrations.
Identify and address potential risks specific to projects
Implementing mitigation strategies to safeguard against delays or deviations from objectives
Foster collaboration among diverse teams, ensuring effective communication and coordination throughout the project lifecycle
Maintain transparent communication with stakeholders, providing regular updates on Salesforce project status, timelines, and potential challenges
Conduct post-implementation reviews of programs
Gathering insights and lessons learned to drive continuous improvement
Understand regulatory framework and build solutions which abide to it. Ensure that customer data and Intellectual Property of the bank is protected at all times while partnering with third parties.
End to end design to ensure no drop offs till fulfillment of end goal.
Team management
Collaborating with various teams to address resource gaps and ensure project success
Build and mentor strong team with varied experience.
Guide team and support functions to build a strong and flexible foundation which can adapt to changing needs of customers / partners
Effectively manage relationships with external Salesforce vendors, ensuring their contributions align with project timelines, quality standards, and organizational expectations
Data Control
Understanding the Data and Integrations landscape and partnering with expert teams and stakeholders to drive enterprise level integration
Data reporting and analytics requirements
Work with UX teams to fulfill customer aspiration with least data fill and leveraging Digital public infrastructure
Leadership
Should be able to drive and achieve agenda. Have a long term vision to avoid re-work for future needs
Ability to garner new business Solutions and identify new opportunities for technology integrations.
Educational and experience qualifications
Key Skills
Proven experience as a Program Manager with a focus on Banking Assets Projects
Experience with integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and third-party tools
Should have strong experience of traditional / agile development as well as be able to understand entire life cycle of development and estimate delivery timelines.
Knowledge of various technology platforms
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
Demonstrated ability to work in cross-functional teams.
Proven track record of successfully delivering projects on time and within budget
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
Major Stakeholders(intra team and cross functional stakeholders, who would need to be interacted with for discharging duties)
