Role Description
We are looking for a high-agency Design & Social Media Associate who can handle end-to-end visual storytelling and digital presence for Lexi.
This role sits at the intersection of:
- Design (UI + marketing creatives)
- Content (social + branding)
- Growth (engagement + distribution)
Qualifications
0–3 years of experience in design, social media, or related roles (portfolio matters more than years)
Proficiency in Figma and Canva for creating high-quality visuals
Strong understanding of:
- Visual design principles (layout, typography, hierarchy)
- Social media content formats and trends
Experience in creating:
- Social media posts (static + carousel)
- Branding assets and marketing creatives
- Ability to execute quickly and iterate based on feedback
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working with:
- Startups (0→1 or early-stage)
- Marketing or creative agencies
- Hands-on experience managing brand social media accounts
- Familiarity with short-form content and basic video editing
- Strong sense of design aesthetics and modern UI trends
- Ability to think beyond execution—contribute to content ideas and growth
