DQC Executive – Design Quality Check

🎯 Role Overview
We are looking for a detail-oriented DQC Executive (Design Quality Check) to ensure all interior designs are technically accurate, execution-ready, and aligned with company standards before project execution.
This role acts as a quality checkpoint between the Design, Sales, and Operations teams to minimize errors, rework, and execution issues.
🚀 Key Responsibilities
1. Design Quality Validation
Review interior layouts, drawings, and design outputs.
Validate dimensions, material specifications, and module placements.
Ensure designs meet functional and technical standards.
2. Technical Feasibility Check
Verify execution feasibility of designs.
Check site dimensions, space planning, and clearances.
Identify design gaps or potential execution issues.
3. BOQ & Material Verification
Cross-check BOQs with finalized designs.
Ensure accuracy in materials, hardware, and costing details.
Coordinate with sourcing/operations teams where required.
4. Coordination with Teams
Work closely with Sales Designers, Validators, and Operations teams.
Share corrections and improvement feedback with designers.
Ensure alignment between sales commitments and execution scope.
5. Error Reduction & Process Improvement
Maintain DQC checklists and validation standards.
Identify recurring errors and suggest corrective actions.
Support training for design teams to improve accuracy.
6. Documentation & Reporting
Maintain design approval records and trackers.
Update DQC status reports regularly.
Ensure proper documentation before project handover.

Design accuracy percentage

Timely DQC approvals within TAT
BOQ and material accuracy
👤 Requirements
2–5 years of experience in interior/modular design validation or execution
Knowledge of modular kitchens, wardrobes, and interior systems
Proficiency in AutoCAD / SketchUp / 2020 or similar software
Strong technical and analytical skills
Attention to detail and coordination ability
