Design & Project Coordination Associate
We’re looking for a Design & Project Coordination Associate to join our team in Ajmer and work closely on our ongoing hospitality & residential projects.
This role is ideal for someone who understands design drawings and enjoys coordinating between consultants, site teams, and management.
Key Responsibilities:
* Coordinate with architects, ID, and technical consultants (MEP, HVAC, Structure)
* Review drawings and ensure alignment across teams
* Manage follow-ups, emails, MOMs, and documentation
* Track project progress and coordinate with site teams
* Identify gaps in drawings and escalate proactively
Who should apply:
* Background in Architecture / Interior / Civil
* 2–4 years experience in coordination/site/design environment
* Strong understanding of drawings
* Organized, proactive, and good with communication
