Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in the Greater Bengaluru Area for a Design Manufacturing Engineer (3-4 yrs Exp). In this role, you will be responsible for creating and refining product designs, optimizing manufacturing processes, and ensuring efficient mechanical engineering solutions, with Key Focus on Sheet Metal fabrication. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that manufacturability aligns with design specifications and industry standards while delivering innovative and functional products.
Qualifications
- Experience in Sheet Metal Components Design and Fabrication techniques
- Experience and Hands-on experience in sheet metal fabrication methods, Welding, Laser Cut, CNC Bending
- Good Understanding or GD&T principles
- Good Understanding of different Engineering Grade Materials and Properties, Steel and Aluminum Based Materials.
- Experience in DFM, Design Engineering, Product Design, and related technical drafting skills
- Strong foundation in Mechanical Engineering principles and their practical application
- Ability to collaborate within a multi-disciplinary team and problem-solve in versatile environments
- Experience with CAD (Computer-Aided Design) tools and simulation software is highly desirable
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering, or a related discipline
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with attention to detail
- Experience in prototyping and product testing is a plus
