Lead Interior Designer/Design Manager
Location: Bengaluru and Bhubaneswar

Job Summary
We are looking for a creative, detail-oriented, and experienced Lead Interior Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in residential and/or commercial interior design projects, client handling, team management, and project execution. The candidate will be responsible for leading the design team, managing projects from concept to completion, and ensuring high-quality deliverables within timelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage end-to-end interior design projects from concept development to final execution.
- Understand client requirements, preferences, and budget constraints to create functional and aesthetically appealing designs.
- Prepare design concepts, mood boards, space planning, layouts, and presentations.
- Coordinate with clients, architects, vendors, contractors, and internal teams for smooth project execution.
- Conduct site visits and supervise execution work to ensure design quality and timely completion.
- Guide and mentor junior designers and support the team in achieving project goals.
- Ensure material selection, costing, and BOQ preparation are aligned with project requirements.
- Review drawings including 2D layouts, 3D designs, working drawings, and technical details.
- Maintain project timelines and ensure deliverables are completed as per schedule.
- Stay updated with the latest interior design trends, materials, and industry practices.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field.
- 6 to 10 years of relevant experience in interior designing.
- Strong knowledge of residential and commercial interior projects.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, V-Ray, Photoshop, or other relevant design software.
- Strong understanding of space planning, materials, furniture, lighting, and color coordination.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and client-handling skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Good knowledge of site execution and project coordination.

- Experience in handling premium residential or turnkey interior projects.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines efficiently.
