Saltstayz Hospitality is looking to hire a Design Manager to lead our design team and drive the planning and execution of high-quality hospitality projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor the design team.
- Oversee end-to-end design execution from concept to completion.
- Coordinate with architects, consultants, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
- Ensure designs align with brand standards, project timelines, and budgets.
Requirements:
- Experience: 7–10 years.
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and other relevant design tools.
- Strong leadership, project management, and communication skills.
Candidates with prior experience in the hospitality industry will be given preference.
