Job Title: Design Manager –Interior Solutions
Location: Jaipur
Experience: 5–8 Years
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead and manage the interior design team for residential and commercial projects.
- Develop innovative design concepts, space planning, and detailed drawings.
- Coordinate with clients, sales, project managers, and site teams to ensure seamless project execution.
- Review and approve layouts, BOQs, material selections, and working drawings.
- Ensure projects are delivered as per client requirements, quality standards, and timelines.
- Mentor and guide designers to improve design quality and productivity.
- Monitor project progress and resolve design-related challenges.
- Stay updated with the latest interior design trends, materials, and technologies.
Requirements :
- Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Interior Design or Architecture.
- 5–8 years of experience in complete interior solutions, residential and commercial interiors.
- Strong knowledge of AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3Ds Max, V-Ray, and other design software.
- Excellent client management, team leadership, and communication skills.
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
