We are looking for an experienced Design Manager to join our team in Gurgaon. If you have a strong background in interior design, team leadership, and customer management, this could be a great opportunity.
Role Overview:
• 4–5 years of experience in Interior Design / Design Management
• Minimum 1 year experience managing a team of ~10 designers
• Responsible for managing the customer funnel and ensuring smooth project movement across stages
• Interact with customers, handle escalations, and remove project blockers
• Drive team productivity and achieve monthly targets
